EXHIBITOR SHOWCASE

There will be an estimated 1,600 participants from all parts of the West, which will include EMS personnel, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, law enforcement, and rescue personnel. This year’s program will include an ALS track for the advanced EMS personnel.

The exhibit area will be set up in room 255, adjacent to the general assembly room. NOTE: Vendor Social: Thursday, November 15, 2008, 6:00 - 7:30 pm.

Your participation will greatly enhance the on-going education in prehospital emergency care. We will only be able to accommodate a certain number of exhibitors this year, so send your registrations in early. We will try to honor requested exhibitor placing as best we can, but will work on a first come, first serve basis. EMS Associates has enjoyed the reputation of being one of the finest EMS conferences in the country, and we invite you to be a part of it.

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

1. All exhibit fees must be received by EMS Associates no later than October 20th, 2008. No cancellations will be accepted after October 30th, 2008.
2. No exhibitor may assign, sublet whole or part of a space, or exhibit goods other than those handled by exhibitors in their regular course of business.
3. Exhibitor shall abide by regulations as set forth by The Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
4. Exhibit space is limited and priority for exhibit space will be based upon the order in which paid registrations are received.
5. Exhibitor agrees to be responsible for display and materials pertaining to display and shall hold harmless from any loss or liability The Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, Utah and EMS Associates.
6. Exhibitor will maintain a clean display area.
